Wire Park

Wire Park is the first ever mixed-use development in Watkinsville, Georgia - located only a few miles away from the University of Georgia.

Formerly the Southwire manufacturing plant, Wire Park now spans 60 acres, encompassing a revitalized industrial site complete with curated shops and restaurants, public park, creative workspaces, residential homes and condos, and pristine woodlands.

We were honored to support Wire Park’s launch by designing the website, managing the social media, and overseeing all marketing efforts during its first year in business.
